Activity : Kutip Sampah Sambil Riadah (KUDAH) 2024

The activity was organized with the objective of:
- Increase the awareness level of LMY staff towards the environment and as well increase self-discipline on the cleanliness responsibilities, which should also be extended to workplace.
- As part of LMY’s corporate social responsibility towards society,
- Goal achievement as part of the LD environment policy and action plan in reducing of environmental burden.
On August 17, 2024, an environmental program called “Kutip Sampah Sambil Riadah,” or KUDAH (collecting rubbish while recreational), was organized with the collaboration of the Department of Irrigation and Drainage (JPS) in Hulu Langat. The program was attended by 80 volunteers from LMY staff and their family members, as well as JPS staff at Denai Sungai Kebangsaan @ Sungai Langat, which is a public recreational spot just 2.5 km from the LMY headquarters. The participants had successfully gathered almost 250 kg of rubbish along the river bank and trails for proper disposal.
