Job Overview:
•Based in Malaysia, you will need to focus on the technical side of building solutions in D365F&O, going from architecture designing, programming, testing including RSAT and ultimately delivering the solution.
•Collaborating closely with our functional teams.
•Provided technical expertise and guidance during the project life cycle, always ensuring that customers’ requirements were met.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the D365F&O platform to meet the unique requirements of end users. This includes configuring and customizing dynamic modules, creating custom workflows, and integrating with other systems when necessary.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in all D365F&O aspects, ensuring successful implementation. Stay abreast of the latest updates and features in the Dynamics platform to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Manager, you are require to to develop, implement, and
manage road transportation safety programs, ensuring all company drivers operate safely, comply with legal requirements, reduce accident rates, and protect employees, assets, and public road user.
Job Responsibilities:
• Driver Safety Management
- Develop and implement safe driving policies and procedures. Monitor driver behavior through telematics, GPS, dashcams, and CCTV systems. Conduct driver coaching and corrective actions. Manage driver competency assessments. Promote defensive driving culture. Ensure fitness-to-drive programs are implemented.
• Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with road transport regulations. Monitor driver licensing and certifications. Maintain driver qualification records. Manage regulatory inspections and audits. Ensure vehicle permits and documentation remain valid.
• Accident Investigation & Prevention
- Lead investigations for vehicle accidents and near misses. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Recommend corrective and preventive actions. Track safety performance trends. Report findings to senior management.
• Safety Training & Awareness
- Develop annual driver safety training plans. Conducting on-board driver training and coaching., Conduct defensive driving training. Organize toolbox talks and safety briefings. Implement fatigue management programs. Conduct emergency response drills.
• Fleet Monitoring
- Monitor speeding, harsh braking, rapid acceleration, and distracted driving. Review telematics and dashcam reports. Establish driver scorecards and KPIs. Identify high-risk drivers for intervention.
• Fatigue Management Program
- (Particularly important for long-haul trucking). Monitor driving hours. Manage journey planning. Implement rest-break requirements. Investigate drowsiness and microsleep incidents. Develop Driver Alertness Program (DAP).
• Vehicle Safety Oversight
- Ensure pre-trip and post-trip inspections are conducted. Monitor preventive maintenance compliance. Verify roadworthiness of commercial vehicles. Coordinate with maintenance teams on safety defects.
• Risk Management
- Conduct transport risk assessments. Identify hazardous routes and conditions. Implement controls for high-risk operations. Manage contractor and outsourced transport safety.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Logistics & Transportation, Engineering, Supply Chain Management.
• Professional Certifications, Green Book, NEBOSH, IOSH, Defensive Driving Instructor, ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety Lead Implementer/Auditor.
• Preferable 5 years in transport operations, fleet management, or logistics safety.
• Preferable candidate with Digital & Software Competency and proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting) Power BI, Telematics systems. GPS tracking systems, AI Dash Cam platforms, Incident Reporting Systems, Fleet Management Systems, CCTV analysis, Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Prefereable condidate with ability to manage safety operations in a 24-hour operation environment, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Overview:
• As a Helpdesk Executive of the Application helpdesk support team (Level1), handle inquiries regarding mainly logistics software and manage incidents from users of LOGISTEED group companies all over the world, including Asia, Europe and other regions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide level 1 support and troubleshooting assistance for users encountering issues with the business software (Warehouse Management System, Freight Forwarding System, ERP system etc.)
• Record user inquiries via email and processes in the incident management system
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to level 2 support or relevant technical teams for further investigation and resolution.
• Keep users informed of incident progress and notify them of changes or outages
• Close resolved incidents, requests, and others in a timely manner.
• Follow up on open tickets and influence tech teams for prioritization.
• Relay customer feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal teams.
• Perform operations such as user maintenance of business systems in accordance with SOPs.
Job Requirements:
• Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (Preferrable: Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent).
